This is further achieved through empowerment both internally and externally in a number of ways:
Staff Development: The Company pursues an ongoing process of in-house training, particularly at
Engineer and Technician level.
Staff Education: All members of the company are encouraged to further their formal education with
ongoing financial sponsorship by the company.
Liyasa Engineering offers Bursaries for students wishing to pursue a career in the Civil Engineering,
Construction and Project Management fields.
We offer internships for those individuals seeking to gain industry knowledge and experience.
